The only thing good in CenturyLink now Lumen is if you are not willing to work and get a monthly salary which is quite less than market standard, then join. It is effect in such a manner that when you want to switch you will be left out with legacy technologies.

...ement is a good in doing politics. Both HR and Management will make you fool. No salary hikes, no growth. They will only think about you if you are close to them or family relative. Otherwise no chance of getting recognition. Avoid joining this company for career sake

...2022-May) since I joined. Hike : depending on project and can expect 0 to 12%. Before Covid transport was free now you have to pay or it will deduct from salary. Group health insurance exclude your parents and you have choose for extra amount. As of now its WFH and they are planning for hybrid model. No free food and you have to pay n get it @offce Cafeteria but yes pantries will be there to have your tea coffee for free. We used to have team outing once in a year, now that looks like disappeared

You have to struggle for promotions and some times you will not understand the delays or no growth

...earned from youtube and online. Salary is too less compare to other companies just gave 7-8% hike per year( meethi goli) && 10% is of variable pay in which they gave 50-60% after completion of one year. Only good for married people && female candidates who wants just chill and time pass

Management Politics No Salary Hikes and put employees into PIP to avoid salary hikes. Zero Growth. 7 year exp works as Software Engineer with no hike Keep this company as last preference.

Not as good as it was earlier before merging with Level 3 Communications. As of now the economics conditions are not good, No Job security, Salary is good but no appraisal since last 2 years, Work life balance depends on project, If person are average in technology/knowledge then forget about surviving, good place for learning.

Hiring and Firing technology, they create rumor to calm down employees before taking any action of firing, Suffer offshore people if anythings happen negatively.
