Luen Solutions has toxic work culture, forget you work life balance. They have hire and fire policy. Speak to any Ex employee and you will know the truth.

In management they have only 2 people from North America they are the owner and even not provide proper salary fooding travelling allowance and deduct the salary without any prior information and No Job Security they will fire within a month if you are doing well 😊 work culture is very worst they only 3 employees in India and even us also so no anyone wants to join their organisation. Company policy is very worst they are even not have proper conversation to talk any employee working in their organisation they have only know how to fire the employees without providing the salary. I hate and recommend every one never choose this organisation for your future endeavours. Thanks 👍

This is Totally fake company never believe them because they are very sweet poison. They have not even respect the girls who are working in their organisation they have only 3 staffs in India and operating 2 people Charanjiv Gadh and Jagdeep Gadh from US They have their own consultancy ( Lumen Solutions Group Inc ) in North America and in India Masiha Technology and they are not providing the salary and incentives on time and fire the candidates with in a month even they not provide the salary . They have Only 2 clients Care First and prime vendor is BCBS . Very worst company in my whole carrier. I recommend everyone never ever joined this organisation.

Not a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Long working hours without any appreciation. You cannot come 5min late at work but will be forced to extend working hours maybe daily. Lots of false promises. Lame excuses to let people leave. No job security at all, one can be thrown out of company with no reason depending on mood of authorities.
