My company is follow tpm then my company grow up in the world Lumax manoli Technology in security for workers and all members about too good and work culture to good then operators of training in 7 day how to work in this station and all things to manage and management system to good and all senior person care care for all operator and all person who job in Lumax Manohh

Canteen system is not to good so I think please work in the canteen system

Lumax is a good platform for me where I can utilise our skills and knowledge. And our teammates are very co-operative to each other which makes me more confident about my work.

Due to customer pressure and more projects at the sametime, sometime we have to stay late night at supplier to develop the parts ......

Very worst culture. No welfare for the employee. No growth until you change. No cab facility for updown and also for out duty. You have to work more than twelve hours and also work on Sunday and shutdown. I have worked for three years ... learning wise average but personal life will be totally agfacted and also knowledge wise not so good. Please don't go for this worst company. It was my first company but I have no goodness in my heart for this company.

Extra working hour ..like up to 12 hrs daily . Working on holidays and shutdown. Getting no cab facility for updown and on duty work ... Worst company
