Late hour working. Old people do polytics Over work load so dont take leave. Don't leave office on time. Local transporter not work properly. Vehicle not arrange time. If you demand or take action against him. They give threat and attack on employees out side of company. Senior management not support . Labour union in company so also labour person do polytics.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals

Salary is always on time, Give full liberty to excel, growth for hard working employees is assured, integrity is respected. Trainings are imparted regularly, Canteen facility , uniform, is provided, A lot of employee benefit policies are in vogue. Salary is on last day of the month without failure. Working at Lumax is a wonderful experience. Staff is cooperative, Seniors are good and supportive. Work environment is safe for women employees. Flexi working hours. Leaders are approachable. Transport facilities are available in manufacturing plants. Employees enjoy working at Lumax.

Salary & promotion & appraisal is too slow if you are not skip & continues job in lumax then your salary is increased very slow compared other employees who hired from other companies as same role & responsibility DWM.
