Nothing good apart from brand in Germany. But local Bengaluru office operates like Indian startup.

Dislikes

...ish, and least bothered about employees. Favouritism from the Tamil/Telugu head. Less salary than market. No growth. No learnings.

Poor salary structure. Most of the employees are struggling pay wise. It is just a cost center of Lufthansa Technik, Hamburg. Don't think the salary structure will change for good any soon

Work life balance to some level is there , that also when u have a manager who is not toxic. Many toxic managers are there who make life miserable
