...employees and solves their issues waste M.D. 8)not providing reagents on time. 9) since four months receiving less than a basic salary . 10) increment year had started two months earlier till now no increments applied. I want to ask the management as they are deducting our salaries Will the management give increment more and increase our salaries, if they are getting more income 11) they are hiring juniors with high salaries compare to seniors. 12) there is alot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues salaries is not upto the mark and the career growth is worstless. 13) No job security No insurance etc. Thank u

...organisation. 1) There is no Job security. 2) There is no proper administration. 3) Coming to salary there is no exact salary date and annual apprisel will be given after 2 years. In my experience I have never this type of company who credit salaries in slot wise we need to wait till 12th of every month for salary. 4) There is no proper professional coordination between employees.
