...rts interaction with promoters and the organisation is more like one one family. Decent salary, Appraisals are not friendly for potential identification and it's takes time for closure. Good work life balance and strong HR policies makes this a very good organisation to work. LTF is a leader in innovation in rice category, But they need to get into other categories to drive growths.

No doubt company is very good but it's management is very very poor

Company management is very poor. No CL No SL. No national and festivals off. Even only 4 weekly off allowed if any month 5 Sunday then 1 day salary will be deducted. I am surprised this is limited company but feel like working in a little shop where no benefit for employees.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot policies and the management dose not address our issues.salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 7 years before which you cannot resign.

Mandideep DFL upper management is pathetic. Some managers are not even well educated. World revolves around "bauji" here. If you are from a technical background from good institutes then never join here.
