...rts interaction with promoters and the organisation is more like one one family. Decent salary, Appraisals are not friendly for potential identification and it's takes time for closure. Good work life balance and strong HR policies makes this a very good organisation to work. LTF is a leader in innovation in rice category, But they need to get into other categories to drive growths.

No doubt company is very good but it's management is very very poor

Company management is very poor. No CL No SL. No national and festivals off. Even only 4 weekly off allowed if any month 5 Sunday then 1 day salary will be deducted. I am surprised this is limited company but feel like working in a little shop where no benefit for employees.

There is a lot policies and the management dose not address our issues.salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 7 years before which you cannot resign.

The worst culture in the modern trade and e-commerce vertical. No respect for ASM, SO, or ASE. I regret joining and have thankfully moved out. Only 2-3 people hold all the authority and act like owners. There is no learning, and employees get abused for mistakes that aren't even theirs. The entire team is subjected to abuse in meetings, and the language used is even worse than slurs like "MC" and "BC." Join only if you want to ruin your career.
