No doubt company is very good but it's management is very very poor

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Company management is very poor. No CL No SL. No national and festivals off. Even only 4 weekly off allowed if any month 5 Sunday then 1 day salary will be deducted. I am surprised this is limited company but feel like working in a little shop where no benefit for employees.

Good work life balance and strong HR policies makes this a very good organisation to work. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
