No management of work, no salary in time, everyone who are working here for long period of time they all are insecure about their position. Whenever a new person joins they get insecure of their position that if we teach that person about the work they will move forward from us. Thats why all the new joinees dont like the people who are working here and after sometime they lay off that a person without any prior intimation and even the management is also not taking steps about it

LSR know big GM AND PM . the pollute the atmosphere very much the do not see the food and living arrengment of the employee ( operator and engineers).i am ready to come even today if my food and living arrangements are good.

It is very good experience working for company at Border side with Nature. There are Rain there are cold but satisfaction about company takes all responsibility for their staffs.

Nothing here to dislike, everyone came from different locations of India n they all give their maximum efforts to finish project. Traveling is the issue to reach site n arrange spares

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
