Work from home (which is now hybrid to mostly work from office), pay was decent, flexible timings, fixed weekends off, free meals and juices when you work from office, other than work there was a recreational room where one could enjoy indoor stuff like Playstation, TT, Carrom., recliners where one could take a nap if you feel like, during breaks.

Dislikes would be, Job security, especially when you are hired on contract, very less chances of becoming permanent if hired on a contract, even full time employees are at risk if the hired management decides to

Groupism,A lack of clarity, and here alot of politics Muslims Groupism inside Companies Not recommended work in Toxic Work place in Mumbai, Due to this reason Company getting Zero Star Rating

Remote and hybrid culture. Lunch, juices and snacks are free if you go to office. Not much of micro management, Centralized pick-up and drop service available.

Dislikes

People on contract don't get a permanent role easily and will take over two to three years to become full time employees.

My journey in Lrn Technology Content Solutions has been very good. The company os one of the best organization that I have worked so far in my career. I have got good support from all my seniors in learning and understanding new concepts, new ideas, etc. Company has best culture of recognizing employees for their effort and result.

As It was corona period there was miscommunication happened due to work from home.

No micro management. Relaxed work culture.

Dislikes

Poor increments. Organizational structure is for namesake. Growth opportunities absent or available only to those with tenure. Appraisals are not based on merit. Processes and roles change on a regular basis. Top-down approach.
