- Skill-development and Learning is great - Company culture is really nice and they have a flat hierarchy where everyone from the CEO to an fresher is always available and reachable to anyone. Even an intern can reach out to the CTO/CEO directly for any help without it becoming an issue with the immediate manager/lead.

Better job than banking industry

Dislikes

Management will ask to do overtime, extra work, sat-sunday also work. Not supporting at all. Real struggle to handle the project and the client when own senior management is unsupportive.
