Even an intern can reach out to the CTO/CEO directly for any help without it becoming an issue with the immediate manager/lead.

Management will ask to do overtime, extra work, sat-sunday also work. Not supporting at all. Real struggle to handle the project and the client when own senior management is unsupportive.

The work culture here is fantastic compared to any other company in most industries. The work-life balance is decent but there is more flexibility given at every point. The senior management is approachable and ready to help with any of the things you want.
