...h is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes. i have to work. 12-14 hours. and i doing my work in double shift but the salary is not for work and they give importants for products not for works its very heat machine the work time is high abd they used for give traing freshers.

Work culture for safety officer is very poor, hard to get the budget for safety ,unit safety officer doesn't have Manager, we only reporting for Hr department

Good management and colleagues and workers are very friendly. Happy to work with here. I want to like to come to office daily. And I love to work 24 hours.

CMD of the company was so great and smart for his age.. He is the only best thing in that company but unfortunately he passed away

The managers are not so Friendly and doesn't encourage the growth of young people because most of the managers were not educated. They just gained that position because of experience so they feel so insecure to have graduates around them..The working hours is also very poor which is more than 12 hours and still you won't be recognized for your efforts.
