No Job security, Horrible experience from HR & Top management, not giving salary for Notice period, One sided bond only for Employees not applicable for company. Totally unprofessional approch, No manners to talking with employees. Lack off team works, bad politics.

Management force to do long hours even you don't have work. Employee has to singed three year bond with 10% retention of CTC which you get after three years. Once you sign the bond they treat as slave.

Loyal Equipments limited is the best company basically Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Consoles, Structure Works for my view. I'm deeply work with fully involved with this organisation and enjoy with my work even very hard work load, because of their good atmosphere and well helping culture. Doesn't any things that dislike me from my working period..but need some system establishment that works can easy..because of now loyal will achieve top targets that's why work load will be increased.that time need system will be improved, hence work can be easier.

Company is local in terms of location and having person management. This is good place if you are crazy to work 24hour and learn all aspects of engineering whether belongs to you or not.

Management screw against the payment, here is nothing called human everything is machine.
