...urance companies. No job security can fire a person any time without any reason. They do contract with employees but never pay contract amount. At the time of leaving never clear his dues and deduct leave balance amount payable .

... has very bad image in the market .Product had bad quality and hard to survive . They deduct employees salary on regular basis without any reason just to recover their losses . Owner immediately fire ,terminate his employees .Administration never trust on employees . Bad quality product and hard to survive in this company. They never respect their employee and existing customer . Enethical demands , No company policy makes employees speechless. Never ever join this company until you are totally idle .It is impossible to survive in this company .

Despite you do so much good but still management will not be happy. There are some people to whom MD listens and take decision.they will kick you out of the company without notice..ur efforts are totally useless..if some one wants to join this company..only join if ur ideal..don't leave ur permanent jobs for this job...don't fall for prey..they will trap you and u will have nowhere else to go..

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Horrible vision of the company. Absolutely no understanding of business. Pathetic strategies, that keep changing every week by Managing Director. Plan to fail and eventually put the blame on employees. Never seen attrition rate so high. HR gets involved in daily Sales, Purchase team member becomes Sales head, etc. Poor state of factory, cannot pass any audit. Poor quality of product and worst R&D that cannot meet the most basic requirements.
