This company provides amazing gifts during festive time. Team outing or team party every quarter. What else can you expect from a company. I feel proud to be a part of lowes. There have been instances where in people have sent me CV just by hearing name of Lowes.

They will not give proper training for freshers they keep on insulting you for small mistakes and they eill put rude trainer she reminded me of my head mistress. All dirty politics not a place to build your career and nobody provides you the learning curve theyll take you as contractors and never retain you as permanent since they hve to pay more so soon after completing your contract they’ll terminate you

Salary is not up to market standard and also promotion is totally depends on your connection not on merits

Promotions are very delayed in so e departments only while others customer facing departments get fast promotion without even being asked for.
