I like the most my team of senior secondary as they all are very cooperative I developed my learning skills in the school so much just because they organised seminars for teachers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high and growth chances is slow. Management do not value the individuals strengths. There is no criteria for appraisal, everything is depends on the monopoly of management.

All you can learn by teaching the students in your way as the heads usually doesn’t have enough knowledge so you are free to teach in your methodology

Dislikes

Manage by the owners who doesn’t know anything about the teaching methodology they still work in history days no respect for teachers and their works you will be supervised every time and irony is that by whom who don’t know anything about your subject career growth forget it salary worst level
