Too much work pressure. It is more about parent centered learning rather than student centered learning. Staff not helpful at all. Very toxic environment. Not all are toxic but few are good too.

Terrible work environment. Very unprofessional as far as salary calculation is concerned. No proper biometric system in place. Just a register to sign in that too if you miss on any day they would deduct salary inhumanly. No support is given to the new joinees. The old and ancient ones donot welcome anyone in their kingdom!! Extremely unhealthy environment.

The infrastructure that includes only and only the central air conditioning and clean wash rooms. Bus service is also provided to the teachers.

It is a horrible place to work, the staff specially the seniors don’t accept new comers , they bully and harass them. The worst of all is the HM she is the most vicious and manipulative lady who can go to any extent to dent your reputation and career. The school is not for sane people or people who have self respect. Teachers are mentally harassed at every step. The reps think of no end to themselves they are rude and arrogant. The leadership is lacking. Teachers are ridiculed in front of whole staff by the HM. The principal is a spineless woman who just blindly listens to her henchmen and does as per their wishes. The work pressure is immense and no support from the organization what so ever.

Almost everything. The coordinators are not just ryde but downright insulting. If god forbid you ever cross them in any way, you will face the wrath of Principal, Class Reps, Subject Incharges and even parents. Most of the co-workers consider themselves to be coordinator's "vigilante" and love to report every little thing to them just to climb a leader that doesn't exist because promotions here are rare. Principal herself is as arrogant as they come. Harsh language used by the incharges and coordinators' are actually her words. Overall, a pathetic and toxic work place
