*Managers are rude specially centre head. *Uncooperative, disrespect * Unappreciated some team members. * Rude nursing incharge. * Partiality * No increment * Distrust about team members.

Likes

Teammates were supportable, work environment was good and manageable. Work pressure will be there but if you can take it as a responsibility you won't feel like it is a pressure. Learning skills are good

Dislikes

Recognition of work was not upto the mark. Innovation skills are little less.

Company culture is good. Timings are flexible except little heavy work load. Good for ladies. No managerial politics.

Dislikes

Not enough trainings and exposure to start-ups. HR, Accounts and Finance depts are not cooperative and flexible to the needs of employees.

Lotus labs was the best place for all the above key issues you have asked to rate till 2012. Since then gradually it has become to the current stage where it is terrible in all aspects. This is based on my experience from the year 2006 to 2017.

Dislikes

All the key aspects you have asked to rate has declined since Lotus was acquired by ACTAVIS and then became worse as WATSON took over LOTUS

As we no that prevention is better than cure, so before going to taking the medicine to patients, we know about the company drug formulation and side effects by means of research to the healthy volunteers.
