No innovations for the products compared to other Less Social media advataicement than other Product mrp is high Cutting of Claim amount

Orgqnization is the supportive and colloborative enviourmnent.I've felt encourage to voice my ideas which helps me to grow personally and professionally.HR is very engaged with Team to upgrade their skills.

... more authorities and decision making power independently for higher positions .Carrier growth path and salary arc is not clear.

The company is open to innovation and result adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength.

1-Salary on-time in every month if next day is Sunday or gazetted holiday then salary credited one day advance in account. 2-Company providing food to all employees including contractual manpower as well in very low cost that is nothing. 3-Management strictly committed to provide all facilities to their staff as described in their policy. 4-Working timing is too good there is no pressure to work extra hours beyond over office time if need to work out of office timing then company paying extra amount. 5-Learning point of view company is too good because company offering to learn more top to bottom employees. 6- Lotus is top leading brand in market.

1-Time duration for promotion is too long, so need to improvement in policy. 2- Some times HR policies are changed immediately without any prior information to employees.

Its better to work in a political party rather working here,expenses will always get dedcuted irrespective how true they are. They can fire you or any one at any time without any reason,just favour few people and its a total corrupt management and pathetic HR policies with no power in the hand of HR and they also don't pick employees phone.
