So far, in my team none of the female person got promoted, and if the gap is overcomed then everything is perfect here.

The work pressure is very high and some management staff seeing partially and individual pressure

I worked this company it's very stressful and spoiled employees health condition because they have large employees so they can't give healthier food and too many work pressure physically and mentally
