No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...a Sales Manager for Mumbai. During my service in Loris Group I got 3 promotions. Company Provide timely salary and expenses to all the staff if the staff deserve that. Even in last Lockdown period when all the company is cutting 30% or more salary to their employees Loris Group gave us full salary. The familiar behavior of our Managing Director help us to solve any problems. Our all Channel partners are also comfortable with us in working with loris group. Company timle settle all the claims of the channel partners.

...is having a 7 lakh fraud scheme once you deposit money the will run immediately. MD Saurabh Sharma gives you almost 80% hike from your salary but only on papers he will not give you a single penny. This is my personal experience pls stay away from it otherwise you will part of big scam.

...with the company policy. Everyone is working here only for the money and growth. Here we are getting salary on time and product dispatch time is very lee and product quality is also very good. As per quality of product rates are very less in Mustard oil. Company HR and other management is also very supportive.
