There is a lots of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues, salary growth issues, daily allowance not provided, salary not providing on salary date, if we ask for salary to dealer they refuse and say will don after 4-5 days, around 12-15th of date of month. The company is not good for ground level working employees like distributor sales representatives…. There is no future in this company…

Work culture. Work life balance. Internal politics. They should hire 4 more people for the territory being handled by 3-4 people currently. Pathetic management. Left because of my manager only.

1. The HR are the weakest link of this company. They are the ones causing most of the gossiping culture and influence negativity amongst the staff. Across all locations, if one thing that is really pulling the employees down is the India HR team, be it the corporate or the site HR teams. Mediocrity breeds Mediocrity and that is the exact description of it. 2. Gossiping leads to politics. If you have a godfather in the company, no one can touch you and you can get away with anything while someone else would be pulled down for the same thing 3. Teams don't talk with one another. Working in silos

The manager at Loreal (sister concern- Maybelline) has harassed me a lot, she made me feel wasted and always spoke about the salary they pay me is more than what I do, n trust me they made me work the whole day I use to travel 2 hours 1 way to their office in lower Parel, she insulted me in front of my junior team members all the time. I will never join loreal again in my life. They paid me half the salary which was half of what profile I handled

...is toomuch as RSM transferred their work to ASM and ASM to BDE and BDE to DSR. Salary is very poor and u have to work even on week off days for company. No personal life.
