Favour to certain employee by management, No coordination within department, office culture is worse,No training, retention rate is pathetic, Micro management is major issue, No freedom to sales team or managers to plan their own work, No support for NSM reg analysis or planning . No job security, without any clarification or reason employee asked to resign. Sales teams has given group resignation many times and at present team is with out any resources. They differentiate between religion.

Partiality, nepotism. The CEO of the company is not the right person as an CEO. Because he don't have even basic idea of any other departments except Sales. And he even don't know the difference between Pharma industry and the Health Care industry. And he don't know what to do apart from sales?? No basic background analysis nothing. Not expertise people from other departments, even he has his own family members with poor knowledge in IT & Operations departments. They don't have a bit knowledge on those departments but they are the head of those departments. It's a kind of nonsense with the CEO.
