The worst company. You will end up wasting your time and energy there. Extremely hopeless slt members. 0 knowledge of market. The management team is like freshers. All under 30. No clue of outside market. You will regret every minute spent here and will end up paying back the joining bonus they offered.

Great learning environment, fast moving and focused on outcomes, open to listening in and change - i.e. adaptable.

Nothing in particular but they need to invest in learning and development for the employees - mostly, this is internally done

Rewardless job, no appreciation/ recognition from management Company culture is very bad. Only hire and fire policy. Weekly pressure on performance. Even if you do not perform for a week you are placed in pip or asked to leave no appraisal procees in place no job rotation or options to look for new roles/ no growth in your current role as well just come and do the job you are hired for and go home people spend less thant 10 months here on an avg

Worst company to work for. If anybody wants to sucide with his career can join this company. They are blacklisted company by many renewed corporates and Insurance Companies. They sale personal data to market to earn money.

Whispers of sudden departures followed by hastily filled desks fueled a pervasive sense of unease. No one dared speak openly, but the fear in their eyes spoke volumes. The future felt precarious, a house of cards built on shifting sand.
