Likes

As I had worked as a GM of Dyeing & Finishing, I had got very good team of my Dyeing department, My 2 MD"s are a great person, to learn lot of things from them, also very supportive to my work.

Dislikes

I got a bad experience in my plant administration, their Top management team at Finance department CFO's are thieves. Md's we're regularly cheated by finance team, I had never seen such a erp software which had taken more robbery advantage & make a fool proof record submission to management. There is no team work & respect for technical guy's. This company is the poor example for MD's had regularly cheated by finance team. So guy's beware of this company to select & work as a Technical Topmanagement level, because finance team will never co-operate for plant Smooth functioning.
