For entry level this company is fine but not for tenured. Inflation rate and pay are far distant here. Wrklife balance is good.less stress at wrk so as the pay.

Working culture of the company is really great. It feels like one can settle in this company. Work and learning is quite good. You can definitely expect a great work life balance and people over here are genuinely nice humans, are very supportive and helps you in growth.

Nothing major but in past 3 years I was only happy once with my salary hike for other two years it was average.

There is one dog called Amarnath Nagendra - holding senior position in Fundamentals. If you are Putting Bucket only u will get Promoted irreapective of talent and hardwork in fundamentals Bangalore..

...nies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.

not at all recommended for anyone horrible experience after merging wth lseg... torturing employees with less pay and more work pressure pay is too less for the positions...no extra pay now planning to reduce shift allowance
