I recently went through a 4-round interview for a role at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) via Spring Recruiter—including aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. After clearing everything, I got an offer letter, but with a catch: I had to complete a TensorFlow certification from their “official” provider before joining. 🚨 Red flags: 🔹 Certification was never mentioned earlier. 🔹 They refused to accept the official TensorFlow Developer Certification by Google (link). 🔹 This was likely a scam to sell certifications, not offer jobs. Many companies are reporting similar frauds in their name. If a job requires payment for a course, be cautious! Always verify recruiters and offers. Has anyone else faced this? ...nies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
