my uncle had worked here for for 25 years.

Dislikes

in 25 years,no salary growth,rotation shift and no free transport. company should provide free transport for rotational shift employee.also there is ST services are going on .but frequancy is very low.if one ST bus miss,my uncle's leave got deduct

It was nice experience while working as Admin Officer.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Mostly working style was like government organisation type, environment was let go. Co ordination with Accounts and purchase, sales was not friendly.
