...y said all good about company but after joining you will regret for your choice. 2 months notice period without pay and after 60 days of notice period they will not pay your money and not treat you well either. In plant no good food and tea quality.. you will feel always like working in a very bad working culture. My suggestion is don't join and waste your time and future..

Location of the company is fabulous. You just cannot miss it. Apart from this the compensation they might give you will be okayish if you can wriggle it out. Lastly, the selection round is okay. Not much of a war as such but will take skills to tackle.

Just one thing is that be ascertained that you will be moved out of your job if the management sees you as potentially better than they are

Best for learning at initial stage. Salary is vary person to person. No fix policy of company. Policy is vary person to person. No any job security. One can terminate any time. Overall culture is ok.

I like to lokbeta had some of the strong points which is resources. But due to lack of system. This company are struggling For stable the team.. Develop the business. Good presence in international market

Salary issue,appraisal not on time and arrear not paid even mentioned in appraisal letter,no any job security,old office member,not good platform for experience person.No any goal for growing. Policy change with mood of MD and person to person.
