No culture, discrimination, salary growth will take years, higher positions capuured by locals who dont want anyone to grow above them , thus pushing them down and crazy level of dynamic change, one day they will hire 200 people, next year they will release list of mass layoff, asking people to resign and doing layoff 1 by 1, so no one can speak up. Talanted higher management are cornerd by local (kanpur) managers and dont allow amy change to ocuur above their knowledge level.

The company allows you to learn and gain insights of the product. Seniors are supportive. Work life balance is good for design engineers. For the rest of the departments, it is worst. Company re-hire policy is present here.

...am work is not present. Every department even the HR is controlled by the owner. No salary range for any grade. Your junior might have a package greater than you.

...g with yearly CL, SL & EL. Company is very honest to settle F&F after resigning. They give full amount of leave encashment on pro rata basis, Bonus, Gratuity, increment. Appraisals are good. Increments are every year with arrears according to KRA/performance. Online portals for attendance, income tax and many more. Overall good company for long term employment. Well organized, established, renowned, systematic and famous company in all aspects. Management is good, no critics for management.

Nothing is good, their employees are leaving in just 3 months. Most of employees are new in the organisation.

Worst experience after selection, gave the interview and been selected, after selection they were negotiation salary part. And after 10 days of selection, they rejected me, they are telling before interview they have budget up to 70k and they are giving 40k for EA profile of 10 yrs experience

Top level people in management are very worst in communication. Salary structure and designation offering are not matched with market trend. If you will work so long , you will only disheartened in term of job security , salary, company top level persons behaviour, work life balance. 3 years back few things are still there but now everything works as dictatorship. Now just because of very slow career growth, hopeless company policies, worst wordings and working culture, people are very fast to left this organisation.
