1. Worst place to work. 2. They will not not pay you well. 3. They will not give you appraisal. 4. When you ask for appraisal they will replace you with another fresher. 5. If you are fresher they will give you appointment letter of predictive and not logixgrid. 6. If you are fresher you have to submit 150000 rs of check to join them.

1. All the top management people are without degree working here, they don't have any degree. 2. They don't respects employees, they want work 24*7 by every employee. 3. They hires fresher and fire very soon. If you are fresher you will spoil your carrier soon.

I like vision of gurucharan sir and he is the man who will give a more and more opportunity in different area and he teach you about how to write a code and optimized code. It's a product based company.I have learn many technology front and backend. Company environment is very friendly and helpful. There is one team lead Amlesh sani sir he is the person who will handle all developer and my guru. Pawandeep sir is good in any technology and he is best. I really like this company environment and people. Overall this company is excellent.
