As a black person, never ever work for the Logixx. The South East Asian bosses, mainly from India and Pakistan will oppress and suppress you. They will give you all the worse schedules, lie to you, never protect you and treat you like slave. If you complain, they will ask you out. There's no room to seek redress, no organizations skills, poor management team and visible racism against blacks..Most of the reviews given here are all by themselves. This company is terrible, stay out of it..

Racism, unequal pay, no room for success, too much violence at their site, pushing employees around. No law and order, back biting poor management, hatred for blacks and people of African descendents..

...favouritism in plenty. Management doesn't address our issues. Work Load is high. Salary is less as per work. There is bond of one year and having probationary period of 6 months, which they extends for no reason.

worst company ,,I have worked in 2 more companies but Logix is tooo worst company who hold the salary of employees without any reason and they take 100rup for I'd card

Pathetic organization to work.

Politics and favouritism major in this organization. Managers do not respect there team members. All the credit of work is always taken by the managers showcasing the team members does not work at all. No encouragement to learn new things. If incase of issues and mistakes managers (having zero technical knowledge) always blame the juniors instead of taking the proper responsibilities and giving solutions. Also solutions to the technical issues is not important but managers are always more concerned about satisfying there egos. The managers who are supposed to manage an entire product does not have any knowledge about the product hence affecting the customer service.

Front end activity as email support engineer as well backend access if they provide to do proceed further task as with privileges backend access.

Support response is will get delay and won't get backend access to grown and self learn as well have to spent more time on client location to do further support
