in this field we get lots of knowledge about softwares like SAP ERP, SAP MM etc. in this field we will develop our key skills like MS Excel,Vloolup,Hlookup,Pivot Table,Formulas etc.

they don't promote a knowledgeable candidate in the company, they will hire a fresher candidate for the upper post and thats worng.
