Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? ...ey are legpullers. Company have no policies for employees only lots of promises. Every year hike only workload not salary.

...thing. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary not on time, and no increment. Also they appoint to you for each and every warehouse all over the india without given your expenses.
