There was nothing to like about this company. They do the micromanagement. The managers just listen to their boss, they totally forget that they have a team to look for. As they are there for quite a long now, they behave like they are the owner of the business.

Dislikes

There are so many things that can be counted here: 1. Micromanagement 2. No work-life balance 3. No such thing as working hours (they'll make you work for more than 12 hours a day by setting short deadlines) 4. Can't take leaves on an urgent basis. 5. No sense of talking. 6. No professionalism. 7. Managers are very rude. 8. They expect you to say "YES SIR" to each word they say, whether it is right or wrong. 9. You can't put your opinions. 10. No collaborations. 11. Strict Deadlines. 12. No work ethic. 13. No parties or gatherings. A BIG NO TO WORK WITH SUCH PEOPLE.
