Dislikes

...alance. Monopoly of single TL. No QA/QT team . No respect of hr. No sick leaves. Low salary high work pressure. 2nd and 4th Saturday and every Sunday off. Little office and rats . AC water leakage on systems .

Company is best place is all kind, it always supported there employee. Its team management is good. All the management is very polite and down to earth, You can directly interact with company directors, whenever you need any query. My over all experience with Logicsoft is excellent.

There is a lot of to learn as you will be treated as multi-talented human so be ready to expose your skills.

Dislikes

No freedom and flexibility. Seniors basically managers behaves like monarch and they think that there is no place to work in the world other than here. Behaves like bureaucrat of government.No opportunities for future endeavor.
