...consultant in ReSA , RIB or REIM then only Career growrh will come into picture.Salary / Appraisal was good but if it was 5k to 6k more monthly then it would be better.Travel chance is there but it depends on the talent and varies from person to person.Politics is there everywhere you people know better than me.Learning was good but it did not reach to the expected heights.work environment was nice .work life balance depends on the salary and job satisfaction.Salary was good and job satisfaction was also good.

Job security is good for talented employees. Compensation is better compared to the organizations of similar type and pays on time.

Dislikes

Training and development on the domain not at par. Involves lots of self learning and people have to work on fire fighting mode when in a project.

Likes

People are helpfull but they are still struggling to get people to office, in banglore you will have only 15-20 people coming to office. Also it is good for people who are into retail.

Dislikes

A lot depends on project, in fact that's the reason I left, we were understaffed and the management did not help in providing proper KT before getting a new project, there only aim was to get the project at all cost

Best company to work for. Employees are taken care very well. Giving opportunities to grow. Approachable leadership. Flexible working environment. Listening management. Employee welfare organization

Had a great team which was open minded with accepting culture. If you are in a right project you would have great learning. The company seems to be deteriorating recently. this is my personal opinion

There are some set of people in the first level of the organization who are partial to the persons who are of the same mother tongue and do not even bother about others.
