Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Dislikes

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

No Job Security, No heirachy follow, Every months salary variable, Company cutting durring pandamic.

Dislikes

HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

Time to time salary. Original Company culture and policies are excellent. Facilities are excellent.

Dislikes

Original culture and policies are not followed on ground level. Ground level (site HR) HR are not taking care of employee. EHS department work is very very bad.

...e is cool and calm. Hence, I get my space to work in a calm and peaceful manner. There is a thing to mention, which is the salary part. Even in such gruesome times, we received our salaries on time. Thanks for this as well..

... nature. The company has established procedures and always remains in limelight. Compared to current market scenario, this company gives good salary.
