Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Dislikes

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

On site working hours are more then 12 hours, contractor are not professional, taking holiday is very difficult here. No personal life, no work life balance, pressure is tremendous here. Lack in staff , maximum people leave after one year and before that .

Salary delay 20-25 days always, no any fixed time to gate salary. No increasement. No respect of employees from top management. If single mistake management deduct salary of employees. Every day 14 hour work. In shift or general No any holiday even Sunday no rest. 30days work 24 hours No weekly off. If employees speak any word to top management they send in jail. What ever they commitment on offer letter they never give. Woner keep passport all employees no one can go anywhere. They vacation after 2.5 years. Top management always give lot of pressure to employees.

No Job Security, No heirachy follow, Every months salary variable, Company cutting durring pandamic.

Dislikes

HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

Only thing good is they pay well

Dislikes

Very poor product delivery; they do not appreciate their customers; looking to make a quick buck; at the cost of the customer they save money on live safety systems and equipment; no quality check is done during construction or post construction. There is no job satisfaction as the end user is not happy with the product. The sites do not have basic facilities like cafeteria for staff, some sites have no washrooms. They are not focused on development of people, no career path is shared on joining or even after a year of service.
