Below Average, Teammates are just like mates , Training was like training, No career growth , Job security is poor indeed don't keep any hopes at any time. no increment Indeed they say in 6 months but trust me its worthless they don't do increment unless the TL or POC says until you have a proper understanding with them. Politics is everywhere, in every field not just here any IT field but they cant be seen. work environment - I was completely working from Home (keeping the fact I belong to Hyderabad but they insisted me to work in there city ) so I really cant speak about work environment. Work-life balance -its good so far if you keep your personals with you don't share it to any one , and don't speak about future goals if they know that with in a year you may leave for higher studies or something. Then chances are high to keep you unimportant or least priority no matter how much you perform. Eventually what matters is Be you and mind your own business, don't be too friendly , and don't be too off, pretend to be friendly, be wise enough to say yes and No when it is required.

1. Encourage the new Guy's always and build for career with good experience 2. Anyone is lagging then team members are supportive and reach the good position. But this things are not noticing the experience people. 3. Work culture is based on your activeness and politeness. 4. Job security is there when you are accepting heavy load from experience team members. 5. Individual reviews are needed for company growth level maybe company will think this point in future.

1. Who are experienced they don't do work. When TL is there they show there work. 2. If anyone has doing more work and quick speed they are assigned more to them only. 3. They don't focus all the team members need to reach that position. 4. Hard worker unable to balance career and life. 5. Local politics are there with in the team level. Higher management didn't no those things. 6. But try to focus on experienced people and what they are doing also. 7. HR management reviews are depends on experienced team members.

Its awesome organization. During COVID-19 Lodestone supported fully and did feel any insecurity for job. Also feel like as we are not alone, lodestone staff will available for us anytime.

Good for freshers if not getting any jobs! Teammates are very good, job security is less, career growth is normal, appraisal is high compare to your knowledge so eventually it degrades you, travel is good, Innovation is depends on you, learning is depends on you.

So many things..... Dirty politics, you'll success if you have same thought process! If you have different perception, you are being neglected by everyone even though CEO.. - 1.5 yr bond and after that another bond - 3rd class Relieving letter, it's like print out of some document...You can imagine it!
