Slightly old school, learning and progression is provided in abundance in terms of training but no systems to change the domain

Remuneration is a big aspect which sets employees of Lodestar UM at much less than what they deserve. Company policies are strange in terms of finances and appraisals. The HR has zero contribution towards introducing any tangible growth opportunities for the employees. Apart from very senior management, people in the middle are given no grooming on how to emerge as leaders or have any enrolment in leadership programs. It's a great place to acquire knowledge though, provided the employee puts in 80% of their efforts in their own grooming. Barring these 2 things, it's honestly a very good place to work with some very good people
