There is so much to learn in this organisation. It is a small organisation and if you are starting your career then you will get multiple responsibilities to handle.

Dislikes

Management is sluggish. HRs won't respond to your queries. If there are salary issues then they will ignore mails and calls or any form of communication. Appraisal percentage is somewhat good but it is delayed by months.

1. Best thing is walking the path of the visionary leader, Mr. Uttam Majumdar and a couple of other highly sensible Leaders from the Management team. 2. Salaries were paid more or less on time, despite the pandemic situation.

...other whether it has recruited Sadist Team Lead who keeps torturing employees. If the Employee wants to leave the job then Company demands employees to pay rs 1 lakh due to its Bond Policy without bothering about Work Torture.

Locuz enterprise solution is a service based industry and all employees working hard but salary is not good. Only sales, marketing and manager's are having high package but engineers are getting very low salary.
