Nothing --- Mangers became a govt. Job employer( stick their chair with fevicol for that they need to eat others job with transferring bad feedback).. trf your work load to the junior employee treat them like slave . if you are leaving office as per your working hours.. like 6 to 6 PM... IT'S a sin, sit till 10pm forgot your personal you will become a good employee. Partners to manager🐍

Nothing worth mentioning. Although good place to work if your goal is to make career in NGO sector and want to explore south east Asia and Africa region.

...ve on if u stay there for long (around more than a year). Self centric approach. Very less pay comparative to other consulting firm working in the same profile. Management needs to change his approach towards work force.

1) Good exposure of International audit of UN Agencies. 2) Good place for CA fresher to start but for short term period. 3) No late sitting but in some instances during the peak time.

Dislikes

1) Limited Domestic work like statutory audit and taxation work is in limited number. As of now, there is no listed client. 2) Office politics done by some old employees with person who are knowledgeable and capable enough compare to them. 3) Poor HR management - Not considering the employees suggestion and views. 4) Not recommended for CA articles but recommended for CA freshers.
