Nothing --- Mangers became a govt. Job employer( stick their chair with fevicol for that they need to eat others job with transferring bad feedback).. trf your work load to the junior employee treat them like slave . if you are leaving office as per your working hours.. like 6 to 6 PM... IT'S a sin, sit till 10pm forgot your personal you will become a good employee. Partners to manager🐍

No salary growth.. no appraisal they will delay and wait until you don't gave resignation.

Nothing worth mentioning. Although good place to work if your goal is to make career in NGO sector and want to explore south east Asia and Africa region.

...ve on if u stay there for long (around more than a year). Self centric approach. Very less pay comparative to other consulting firm working in the same profile. Management needs to change his approach towards work force.

i have worked at this compay for 2 year office politics abd and seniors behave is inappropriate even towards company owner mistake are met with verbal abuse also female employ there is no work life balance job security no promotions and no good appraisals
