The second party vendor hires stating that Lobo staffing is their sister-concern company taking care of their salary part, but ultimately, you are given the appointment letter stating that you are working for Lobo Staffing sol. and you are deployed to the second-party company as their client, but you will be working on different project in a different company. Thus, Lobo staffing would be the third-party vendor to the client and they have no insight into what's happening at the client end (I think that is how IT companies work). If the project gets ended abruptly, they will not have a clue about it and will not place you in any other project as well. Thus there is no job security. Please consider the pros and cons before joining.
