Work culture is all about favoritism. Whether somebody works or not they will get appraisal plus promotion if you know someone from above positions. They need to change their mindset about choosing your favourite people and instead need to focus more on talents and who works hard enough for the company.

Likes

Only positive point about the company is its salary. You can get good hike if you can negotiate effectively.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Managers expect you to work till 1 am at night and again start your day at 9 am in the morning. No recognition of work. HR head of the company is terrible. Have very little knowledge of how HR department should function. One of the worst organization to work for if you are in HR department.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

After resignation is done officially they simply hold your salary and then never settle, even if we ask hr hershita tigga and DM bicky Saha and RM Karthikeyan they never respond our calls and mails, even if u call them also simply they ll reject our calls, froud people's these mentioned 3 guys,

Only job security.. During lockdown on 2020 they even provide salary.. it was surprised for me...

I had already resigned from this company on 24th Dec 2021... Today is 15th Feb 2022. Still they had not done f&f. So careless .. and when i asked to HR, he told me that still i am not aware of F & F fact & he avoid to me....
