I have worked here for past two years. Also got previous experience of about four years but here the salary hike is very worst compared to other concern in Chennai.

No way you can develop financially while you work here, the concern won't think the employee difficulty on this costly World. They won't make appraisal for frequent years two years once or three years once the appraisal made here. Better plan to avoid this concern

Politics and poor training ,No guarantee of salary increase,Definitely give salary on time.Team mates are good.Company gives least preference to below manager levels.

There is lot of issues and difference between on role and off role employees, payslip not provide to off role employees, reimbursement process is very poor it will take more and more time,F&F not provide ,and no job assurance company relieve employees any time
