... Business Head Akash Sharma. A huge level of politics happening in organisation. People are getting salary to do politics only. If you are hard working and wanted to grow never join this company, you will never be appreciated for your work. You will be used and credit of your work will be taken by these so called leaders. Apart from this no one is here to listen your issues until they see if it benefits them.

...have unrealistic expectations. Many a times, they will make you feel neglected. No decent salary,no career growth. Office politics. They only don't know what exactly they want from their employees.

There is no work ethics in this company,, work environment is horrible,,, staff doesn't know how to talk with colleagues... There is no growth in this company... If you are slave to your seniors then you are happy in your work environment and you will grow... There is heavy politics / staff are useless but they definitely back bitching you ....

Cooperative Management, worked for 4 years. Good learning environment

Management favoured and hired unexperinced Center Manager, who did not even know how to work on MS, and has never worked as manager and who was always involved in gossip, that is why the environment changed at work place, which made all experienced people leave work at once.
